Blog Posts and Articles: For well-researched and SEO-optimised / Unoptimised blog posts, rates can range from £0.55 per word.

Website Content: Writing landing pages, product descriptions, and other website content generally costs between £150 to £250 per page, depending on complexity.

Product Descriptions: These can range from £50 for shorter descriptions to £150 for more detailed product pages requiring research.

E-books and Whitepapers: For longer-form content like e-books or whitepapers, rates typically range from £0.30 to £1 per word, or a flat fee of £500 to £3,000 for the entire project, depending on the length and research required.

Social Media Content: Short posts for platforms like Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn usually cost between £30 to £100 per post, with varying rates based on the number of posts and required engagement.

Email Campaigns: Creating targeted email campaigns can cost between £100 to £500 per campaign, depending on the length and complexity.

Newsletters: Professional newsletter creation may range from £150 to £500 per issue.

Press Releases: Typically, press release writing costs will range between £150 and £350.

Technical Content: Rates for highly specialised technical writing can range from £0.55 to £1 per word, especially for complex topics that require deep knowledge.

Content Refreshes: Updating and optimising existing content can cost anywhere from £0.11 to £0.33 per word, depending on the amount of work involved.

Payment Terms:

All content writing services are provided on a 50% upfront payment basis before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion or submission of the final draft. Invoices will be issued weekly or monthly, depending on the nature and scope of the project. Payment should be made within 3 working days from the invoice date.

For custom pricing, the total cost will be agreed upon in advance based on the scope, complexity, and length of the project. Please note that additional fees may apply for rush deliveries or project revisions beyond the agreed scope.

Late payments will incur a 10% late fee for every 7 days the payment is overdue. Failure to remit payment within 30 days will result in a pause or cancellation of services until outstanding balances are settled.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel a project, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations made after this period, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If work has already begun, this fee will cover the time spent on research, drafting, and any other preparatory work.

In the event of a project delay due to client unresponsiveness or failure to provide necessary materials (e.g., information, feedback), the timeline and pricing may be adjusted accordingly. Should you decide to cancel after work has commenced, the amount charged will be prorated based on the progress completed up to the cancellation point.

By agreeing to these terms, both parties ensure clear communication and understanding of expectations, leading to a smooth and effective collaboration.
