MENU OF SERVICES AND RATES FOR SEO CONTENT WRITING SERVICES:

These rates can vary based on factors such as project size, complexity, and the urgency of the work. Rates are not set in stone and can be adjusted after project discussions. (*Rates compared to 24 other content creation services and levels of expertise)

PRICING OPTIONS (Can be discussed):

1. ON-GOING PROJECTS: £ 110 per day (Mon-Fri work hrs 11 AM - 5 PM UK BST)

2. STANDARD HOURLY RATES: £ 11 per hour (Mon-Fri between 11 AM - 5 PM UK BST)

3. PRICE PER WORD: £ 0.8 per word

4. INDIVIDUAL / ONE-OFF PROJECTS: As per below.

Blog Posts and Articles: Rates for well-researched, SEO-optimised, and unoptimized blog posts can range from £0.8 per word.

Website Content: Writing landing pages, product descriptions, and other website content generally costs between £80 to £110 per page, depending on complexity.

Product Descriptions: These can range from £8 for shorter descriptions to £11 for more detailed product descriptions requiring research.

Proofreading / Editing Existing Content: Hourly basis £ 11 per hour - as discussed with the client.

Social Media Content: Short posts for platforms like Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn usually cost between £8 to £11 per post, with varying rates based on the number of posts and required engagement.

Email Campaigns: Creating targeted email campaigns can cost from £11 per campaign, depending on the length and complexity.

Newsletters: Creating a professional newsletter may cost £18 per issue.

Technical Content: Rates for highly specialized technical writing can range from £0.8 to £1 per word, especially for complex topics that require deep knowledge.

Content Refreshes: Depending on the work involved, updating and optimizing existing content - £ 0.8 per word.

Payment Terms:

All content writing services are provided on a 50% upfront payment basis before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion or submission of the final draft. Invoices will be issued weekly or monthly, depending on the nature and scope of the project. Payment should be made within 3 working days from the invoice date.

For custom pricing, the total cost will be agreed upon in advance based on the scope, complexity, and length of the project. Please note that additional fees may apply for rush deliveries or project revisions beyond the agreed scope.

Late payments will incur a 10% late fee for every 7 days the payment is overdue. Failure to remit payment within 30 days will result in a pause or cancellation of services until outstanding balances are settled.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel a project, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations made after this period, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If work has already begun, this fee will cover the time spent on research, drafting, and any other preparatory work.

In the event of a project delay due to client unresponsiveness or failure to provide necessary materials (e.g., information, feedback), the timeline and pricing may be adjusted accordingly. Should you decide to cancel after work has commenced, the amount charged will be prorated based on the progress completed up to the cancellation point.

By agreeing to these terms, both parties ensure clear communication and understanding of expectations, leading to a smooth and effective collaboration.
